Paw was created by dog lovers who see pets as family and believe they should be treated that way. We were frustrated by the lack of dog products that were both truly functional and genuinely beautiful, so we set out to design our own.

Every Paw product starts with your dog’s comfort and needs and then is thoughtfully crafted to complement your home décor, not clash with it. Our dog beds are high quality, original in-house designs, created to look like they belong in your living room, bedroom, or any space you love.

Our team carefully selects every material for durability, comfort, and style, and each product is rigorously tested by dogs (and humans) before it ever reaches your home. The result: pet-friendly pieces that let you treat your dog like family while still feeling proud of how your home looks.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of delivery.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

To start a return, please email support@paw.com with your order number to receive return authorization. Items sent back without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund for the applicable product amount to your original payment method (minus any restocking fee, if applicable). Please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email support@paw.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After verification, we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
