  • Cover: Remove foam, machine wash cold, gentle. Tumble dry low or no heat. Do not bleach.
  • Memory Foam: Do not machine wash. Sprinkle baking soda, wait 30 minutes, vacuum. Spot clean with damp cloth + mild soap. Press out moisture, air dry fully.

If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email support@paw.com with your order number to receive return authorization. Items sent back without prior approval are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund for the applicable product amount to your original payment method (minus any restocking fee, if applicable). Please allow several business days for the credit to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
